The Marching Source - Basic Drill #2, Medium Sized Band

www.themarchingsource.com This is an example of a novice/basic drill written for a medium sized band. The holds are arbitrary in length for the sake of this sample. Smart construction creates variety and interest yet keeps the skill needed by the performers at a novice to basic level. The first move features percussion with the winds following the leader, then turning forward to play. The guard or front unit has a strong stage, but this can easily be adjusted for a more secondary role. Note the guard's turn backfield to expand and fill the field, followed by a return turn forward. Read full description please: I haven't seen many solutions to this level on youtube and I have seen a lot of requests for a solution to this level. I decided to share my solution today :P This bridge is 60% probability based, so it will always work, just maybe not the first time. I found that using fast and slow modes while testing the bridge changes the putcome of the test, so try to use those to make it work. At most, only about 6 links break when it works; other than that, there is only one way it does work, and about 3 other ways it doesn't... So... enjoy :P And pay close attention to what I build in the beginning... it plays the most important role in keeping the bridge up.
