The Castle that inspired author Bram Stoker to write the Novel Dracula. Dedicated to Jen aka ROTTINGCHERRIEZ. New Slains Castle is a ruined castle near Cruden Bay in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, overlooking the North Sea. The remains stand perched atop tall, sea-facing cliffs, constructed around an existing tower house built in 1597 by the 9th Earl of Erroll. Significant reconstruction of the castle has been carried out a number of times, lastly in 1837. It was altered in 1664 when a corridor was inserted within the courtyard and again in 1836 it was rebuilt and granite faced. At one time it had three extensive gardens. The Earls of Erroll, chiefs of Clan Hay, were a powerful family in the area for generations and prospered after William Hay, 18th Earl of Erroll, married the daughter of King William IV. Francis Hay, 9th Earl of Erroll, built it after James VI had destroyed his castle at Old Slains at Cruden Bay, after the Hays participated in the rebellion of 1594. But over time misfortunes befell the Hays and in 1916 the castle and contents were put up for sale. The castle was then sold in 1916 and fell into disrepair in the first quarter of the 20th century, after more than 300 years of occupation by the Errolls. The castle was bought by Sir John Ellerman of the shipping line. He in turn gave it up in 1925 and its roof was ...

Medical scrubs are made with various durable natural and man made materials they come in fabrics like cotton, poplin and polyester. Most are made out of polyester and cotton blends and designed to be durable and easy to clean for long term use. construction techniques vary with brand and fabric use. Some construction techniques help make the medical scrubs more durable and stain and fluid resistant. The price of the clothing can vary depending on the durability of the material and the type of material used. Usually medical scrubs made with a blend of fabric are more expensive if there is more cotton than polyester in the blend. For example, if the blend of a top is fifty percent cotton and fifty percent polyester it will most likely be more expensive than a top with sixty-five percent polyester and thirty-five percent cotton. Fluid and stain resistant medical scrubs are also usually more expensive than the standard alternative.

Medical scrubs are constructed in different ways to give different fits to the tops and bottoms. Basic tops are square cut with v-necks and basic pants are simple draw string with a straight leg cut. These basic scrubs are usually the least expensive available. Just as with any other profession, manufacturers offer a variety of different styles to include cargo pants and jackets with many pockets for style and convenience. Although there are many basic cuts available on the market, medical scrubs also come in different, more tailored and fitting cuts. These fitted cuts can also come with different neck lines, sleeve lengths and multiple pockets in any color or colorful print.
